Cap Barbell product is a well designed machine. The bench is sturdy which is always a good thing and the fact that it did not have noticeable wobble on a flat surface was a bit surprising. The handles were great, good for a nice touch and the rear wheels were just as good. It comes with a good packaging, the labelling was perfect, so the user knows which bolts to use where, when following the understandable instructions.
Everything about this product is good, for fitness band exercise, one can use rear bottom knobs, since the adjustments are made very easily with the knobs, so one doesn;t have any trouble doing the knobs. No trouble at all when it comes to assembling it, it’s a great price with a great range on the incline and seat. It’s best using this machine with a resistance band.
